Texas Size Peanut Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1 bowl
Meal Types: Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup frozen apple chunks
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Toppings:

  • plain Greek yogurt (optional)
  • unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp peanuts (I used Virginia Peanuts found in bulk at the grocery store)
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • raisins

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender; blend until smooth. Serve with toppings.
