Rocky Road Candy Bars

  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups dry-roasted peanuts
  • 10.5 oz package miniature marshmallows


  1. Line a 13x9 pan with parchment paper, extending over the edges of the pan. Set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a large, heavy saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir until mixture is smooth and remove from heat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows.
  5. Stir in chocolate mixture.
  6. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
  7. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Remove candy from pan; peel away parchment paper and cut into squares.
